Ana Lund uses neuroscience in her psychotherapy practice in Ramsbottom.

What does it mean to be a brain-wise therapist?

There are two aspects to our mind physical and subjective. As there are two aspects of our happiness: chemical and how it feels inside when we are happy. As a psychotherapist, I try to use both of those aspects of our inner world in my work. I love learning and keeping myself informed of the latest findings in neuroscience that are relevant to our work. I also love translating those findings into my work when together with the client we think that would be a good or an interesting way to go.
